Kim is Head of Events at Wonderful Copenhagen, the official tourism organization for the city, and works on behalf of the City of Copenhagen with a dedicated team on attracting international majorevents within culture and sport to the city. The list includes EURO 2020, WC Badminton and Tour De France Grand Depart.

Prior to Wonderful Copenhagen, has had positions in clubs, federations and festivals, including consultant at Sport Event Denmark, General Secretary at the Danish rowing federation, and was one of the founders of what is now Ironman Copenhagen.

The focus is on attracting mayor events to the city, and in connection to that, to create broad value creation from the events. This includes both social, economic and environmental value creation.
